Probrand are one of the leading UK providers of outsourced IT solutions, servicing a range of high profile customers including government organisations, schools, local councils as well as hospital trusts. With a 25 year trading history, the company were looking for a complete technical audit of their site in order to drive increased organic visibility.

Our first task was to crawl the entire site using DeepCrawl. Once that was completed we prioritized the most important tasks as well as highlighting the quick, low hanging fruit that could be done without using too much development time. We loaded all changes required into Basecamp as well as liaising directly with their development team on how best to get the alterations implemented.

The Results

Despite some changes requiring a large amount of development time (such as optimising for a faster page load time), some important changes were implemented quickly, such as blocking duplicate pages, improving title and meta data as well as publishing newly improved page copy. In conjunction with ongoing outreach and PR activity, the site’s overall visibility increased by 134%.
