Gareth graduated in 2006 finishing top of his year in e-Business. Straight from University, Gareth started his own digital marketing agency from which Marketing Signals has grown. A commercial mind with deep technical understanding, he conveys comprehensive digital marketing knowledge in a straightforward and easily understandable way to stakeholders at all levels. Simon Simon Head of Operations

Simon has over ten years of digital marketing experience, having worked both agency side and client side across a number of different verticals. He has extensive expertise across a range of channels but predominantly focusses on SEO, content marketing and PPC for clients both large and small.

Jamie Jamie Business Development Manager

Jamie graduated from the University of Salford with a degree in Advertising in 2013. Since then he has developed a strong knowledge of the advertising industry working across a variety of formats in both UK and overseas. Mitchell Mitchell Senior Account Manager

Mitchell has over 6 years experience in digital marketing with a core focus on SEO. His experience spans small, localised organic search campaigns right up to larger, national SEO campaigns across a wide range of industries.

Ledi Ledi Head of Paid Media

Ledi graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016 with a first class degree in Business. With extensive experience in paid social, Ledi is responsible for the management of all paid social activity at Marketing Signals as well as working on various SEO and outreach campaigns.

 Sam Sam Paid Search Manager

Sam started working in marketing in 2015 but quickly found a passion and expertise in PPC and Paid Social. Sam’s experience covers a range of industries working in both agency and client-side roles.

 Tom Tom Paid Media Executive

Tom graduated from University of Salford with a first-class degree in Business Information Technology. He has a wide range of digital marketing experience including Paid Social and PPC. He is responsible for creating paid social campaigns, developing reports and working with PPC accounts in Google AdWords and Bing.

Adam Adam Paid Search Manager

Adam has coming up to ten years experience in the world of digital, working with clients as varied as the New Zealand Government to a nationwide uPVC door supplier, as well as contracting for Google themselves. Having worked client side, Adam has retained that insight when moving into agency life, ensuring they remain at the forefront of his focus.

Dave Dave Head of Outreach

Dave has been working in content marketing and project management roles for the last 5 years in both agency and client-side positions. He is part of the team responsible for managing client outreach and link-building campaigns, as well as coordinating the build and launch of a new in-house CRM system. Also the GDPR guy.

Lucas Lucas Outreach Marketing Manager

Lucas holds a BA and MA in English Studies and has worked in content writing and E-commerce in Spain and the UK. Responsible for managing content and outreach projects in-house. Lucas is keen on link building, SEO and Social Media.

Charlotte Charlotte Outreach Marketing Manager

Charlotte graduated in 2009 from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Media, Culture and Society. Responsible for managing content and outreach projects for our clients. Charlotte also shares her digital passion through blogging and social media.

Richard Richard PR & Content Marketing Manager

Richard has over four years’ experience delivering successful content marketing campaigns across a variety of industries. A trained journalist, he knows what hits the headlines, and is regularly responsible for getting his clients in them too.

Jamie Jamie SEO Executive

Jamie has 2 years’ experience working within the digital marketing industry. After completing his A Levels in 2016, he headed straight into an apprenticeship focusing on marketing for an e-commerce business. Soon after completion, Jamie decided to move into an agency environment where he worked as a Junior Marketing Executive working on a variety of SEO clients.

Ben Ben Content Writer

Ben is a grammar guru with a passion for the written word. Upon graduating in 2008, he trekked across Europe and produced his first travel book. A career in SEO copywriting for the law, music, and food industries followed, before recently spending a year in the role of magazine editor for a national publication.

James James Marketing Apprentice

James is one of our new marketing apprentices. He has recently finished a two year tenure at Aquinas College, where he picked up A Levels in Business, Accountancy and Mathematics. Having worked in the sports marketing industry through his teens, he’s looking to develop his digital marketing skills with Marketing Signals.

Joshua Joshua Marketing Apprentice

Joshua gained A-levels in media, ICT, and graphic design. After undertaking some work experience within the marketing industry, he realised he loved it and set about planning his career in digital marketing. He has now joined Marketing Signals as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.

Lizzy Lizzy Marketing Administrator

Lizzy has been at Marketing Signals since 2011, splitting her time between work and raising her young family. As well as administration, Lizzy works closely with the Outreach Team.
