Gary Ross is a leading cosmetic surgeon based in the North-West. The company approached us with the brief of improving their organic traffic for high volume, competitive keyterms relating to plastic surgery in Manchester and the North-West. Our aim was to maximise visibility for the Google My Business (maps) listings whilst also improving rankings in the regular SERP’s

The Strategy

Our first task was to audit the site from an on-page perspective, ensuring the site was fully optimised for local search traffic. Once that was completed we embarked on an outreach strategy which included placements from lifestyle bloggers, local and hyper local business directory submissions plus the addition of local pages for the larger local towns.

The Results

In conjunction with a website redesign that we also completed, there was a sharp rise in overall visibility as well a marked improvement in rankings for lucrative commercial keyterms such as “plastic surgeon manchester” and “cosmetic surgeon manchester”. In addition, with a redesigned and fully responsive site there was also a substantial increase in organic conversions.
