We were tasked by a Douglas Hall Kennels to rebuild their PPC campaign in order to match the company’s own expansion plans. The overriding campaign goals were to increase the number of customer enquiries as well as to generate greater footfall to their premises.
We rebuilt the entire account from the ground up, creating local and national campaigns for generic keywords as well as individual campaigns for each breed. In addition, we rewrote the adcopy, creating compelling messages that we knew would persuade users to click thru and also convert. We also implemented call tracking as well measuring the number of email enquiries, both of which were previously untracked.
The results from paid activity included a 146% increase in the number of conversions coupled with a reduction in the CPA by 76%. Some of the extra revenue generated was reinvested into increasing the spend into new geographical areas.
