We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic agency, to help us deliver best-in-class digital campaigns for our clients.
The successful candidate will lead the paid media team and take full ownership for the team’s performance and development. You must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of paid search, shopping and paid social campaigns. You will help to guide the strategy and implementation of all client campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook and more. As the primary contact for all paid media clients, you will need to be a confident communicator and be able to take a lead with all aspects of client communications.

Team management – conducting regular team catch ups, monitoring performance and workloads
Take a lead with all client communications. You must be able to communicate in a concise and professional manner
Conduct account audits when necessary, for prospective clients
Monitor workload and output on an account basis
Arrange training sessions to enhance team skills and development
Ensure account performance is fully optimised and proactively identify opportunities for further growth
Coach and mentor the team in all areas of paid media
Introduce processes to continue to improve the department’s efficiency
Proven experience managing and leading teams of direct reports
Minimum 3 years agency experience managing and growing paid media campaigns and teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Exceptional analytical and reporting skills

Fully remote position if needed – Office space always available in Altrincham

OTE £50,000 per annum
- 1/3 of the salary will be measured on sales and revenue growth.
- 2/3 of the package will be measured on team management and client campaign performance.
